Chili Crisp

A deeply aromatic chili oil layered with crispy shallots and garlic, Sichuan pepper, sansho pepper, fennel, sesame, and a slow-building chili heat. Complex, warming, and completely addictive.

Mitchi's is Mish — born in LA to a Mexican mother and Kuwaiti father, and trained as a chef in Switzerland. Food, for him, has always meant dedication, nostalgia, and sharing something made with real care.

That philosophy drives everything we do — from the consulting work to the condiments we make and the tables we set. We're growing, and there's more on the way. One thing that never changes: the obsession with getting it right.
